The AD Pre-Bond Fixture is
designed for the flat panel display market in the application of Z-Axis
Tape onto Flex, TAB drivers, or flat panel
displays. The base bond fixture can be used with a variety of bond
heads, and a variety of
Z-Axis films such as 3M's product line.

AD Acme Jack
The AD Acme Jack is a gear
drive lifter designed for "safe use"
around vacuum environments.
All shafts are o-ring sealed and
a high temperature vacuum
compatable lubricant is used
for all internal component
lubrication.
