Tape onto Flex, TAB drivers, or flat panel
displays. The base bond fixture can be used with a variety of bond
heads, and a variety of
Z-Axis films such as 3M's product line.

The AD Pre-Bond Fixture allows greater throughput on your ACF bonding production line by
moving ACF tacking away from your final bond machine. The AD Pre-Bond fixture costs less
than 10% of your final bonder so it makes sense to use it for the non-precision
ACF tacking process.
